นโยบายการคืนเงิน

หากผู้ใช้บริการไม่พึงพอใจในบริการ ผู้ใช้บริการจะต้องแจ้งความประสงค์ที่จะขอคืนเงินได้ภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันที่ท่านชำระเงิน ผ่านแบบฟอร์มการคืนเงินที่ https://billing.hostinginter.info/contact.php เท่านั้น

• บริการที่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ คือ บริการเว็บโฮสติ้ง (Web Hosting) ทุกแพ็คเกจที่มีการจำหน่ายอยู่บนเว็บไซต์ www.hostinginter.info เท่านั้น
• บริการอื่น ๆ นอกเหนือจากนี้ไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ
• ค่าใช้จ่ายในการอัพเกรดแพ็คเกจบริการ ไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้
• บริการเสริมทุกประเภท ไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้
• บริการเกี่ยวกับโดเมนเนมทุกประเภท ไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้
• สงวนสิทธิ์หักค่าบริการย้ายข้อมูล หากผู้ใช้บริการได้ขอความช่วยเหลือจากเราในการย้ายข้อมูลจากผู้ให้บริการอื่น ไม่ว่าจะมีการคิดค่าบริการย้ายข้อมูลมาก่อนหรือไม่ก็ตาม (พิจารณาเป็นรายกรณี)
• สงวนสิทธิ์หักค่าธรรมเนียมการคืนเงิน เมื่อมีการเรียกเก็บจากธนาคารหรือผู้ให้บริการรับชำระเงิน
• กรณีผู้ใช้บริการได้ชำระเงินเข้ามาด้วยช่องทางบัตรเครดิต บัตรเดบิต หรือ PayPal การคืนเงินจะดำเนินการผ่านธนาคารผู้ออกบัตรหรือ PayPal เท่านั้น
• หากลูกค้าละเมิด เงื่อนไขการใช้บริการ ข้อใดข้อหนึ่งของเรา (เช่น เผยแพร่ข้อมูลหรือทำเว็บไซต์ผิดกฎหมาย ลามกอนาจาร ละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ หมิ่นสถาบันฯ การพนัน สแปม เป็นต้น) เรามีสิทธิ์ที่จะยกเลิกบริการของลูกค้าทันทีโดยไม่คืนค่าบริการแต่อย่างใดทั้งสิ้น

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for our services, within 7 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order by filling the refund form at https://billing.hostinginter.info/contact.php

• The only refundable service is “web hosting service” as advertised on the website www.hostinginter.info only. Other services are not eligible for refund.
• Any upgrade order is non-refundable.
• Any add-on service is non-refundable.
• Any domain name service is non-refundable.
• In the case that we provided a data migration service from your previous provider, we will deduct the fee of such service from your refundable amount.
• The transaction fee will also be deducted from your refundable amount.
• In the case that your invoice was paid by credit/debit card or PayPal, the refund will be reversed directly to the origin of your payment method.
• If you violate our terms of services (such as hosting an illegal site), we have the right to terminate your service immediately and no refund will be given.
